House Signature

The Coronado

House espresso with house-made cardamom oat milk and a pinch of Maldon salt. Warm, complex, and impossible to put down.

Desert Bloom

Cold brew steeped 20 hours, lifted with lavender simple syrup and a splash of oat cream. Floral, smooth, and built for Phoenix mornings.

The Cartographer

Single-origin pour-over, rotating monthly. Ask your barista what's on the map today. The most honest cup we make.

Ember Latte

Double shot with toasted coconut milk, smoked cinnamon, and raw turbinado sugar. Rich and earthy with a gentle heat that lingers.

Folio Coffee started with a simple belief: a great cup of coffee can make a day feel different. Not just better — different. Slower. More intentional.

We source directly from farms we trust, train our baristas like craftspeople, and obsess over every detail from grind size to water temperature to the weight of your mug in your hands. But more than any of that, we're here for the neighborhood. For the regulars who come in before the city wakes up. For the first dates and the freelance deadlines and the quiet mornings that belong to nobody but you.
